How we work with our customers:
- NO deposit is required – we work on a stage payment system
- From acceptance of your quotation we will provide you with a FMB (Federation of Master Builders) approved contract detailing payments, insurance details, project timescale & schedule.
- HBT will undertake all elements of the build that we are contracted to do which can include the following:-
Groundworks for footings
Drainage
Bricklaying
Roofing
Fascia’s, Soffits & Guttering
Electrics (Part P certificates provided)
Plumbing (Gas Safe Certificates Provided)
Plastering / Rendering
All Carpentry
Windows, Doors & Rooflights
Flooring (Vinyl, Laminate, Real Wood or Tiles)
Kitchen Fitting inc Worktops, Appliances & Splashbacks
Bathroom / Ensuite fitting inc Tiling & fitting the suite
