Free Delivery:

All orders over £500 will have free UK mainland delivery automatically applied.

Delivery Timescale for items that are in stock in our Showroom:

Delivery time frame will be approximately 2-5 working days for items that are in our Showroom.
Larger items that need to be ordered will be delivered within 10-14 working days.
Once the item is ready to be dispatched we will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery, as a signature is always required.
We will always try to deliver your items as quickly as we can and you may receive some items seperately.
For large items these may be delivered on a pallet and therefore will only be delivered to your door.  It is then the customers responsibility to move the package into the property.  The courier company is not required to remove the pallet.

Delivery Timescale for items that are note in stock:

Delivery time frame will be approximately 4 – 16 weeks for items that are not in stock.
Once the item is ready to be dispatched we will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery, as a signature is always required.
We will always try to deliver your items as quickly as we can and you may receive some items seperately.
For large items these may be delivered on a pallet and therefore will only be delivered to your door.  It is then the customers responsibility to move the package into the property.  The courier company is not required to remove the pallet.

You will be contacted via email with an update on your order within 72 working hours. We will continue with follow up emails on the progress of your order as we receive your items in stock.

We offer the following types of delivery:

  1. We offer our own delivery service within a 10 mile radius to our Showroom based in Wokingham, Berkshire.
  2. Some deliveries will be direct from the manufacturer.
  3. Dedicated Courier service.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 14 days from delivery and signed acceptance of your item. If 14 days have gone by after your purchase has been delivered and signed for, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless in exceptional circumstances.

PLEASE ENSURE TO CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY [2 man delivery] Once your item(s) arrive, you have 15 minutes to check your HBT Interiors item(s).  As soon as you have signed for your item(s) you have accepted the condition they have arrived to you.  Therefore, we cannot accept any returns / exchanges if reported damaged / imperfect.  So please ensure to allow time to check your purchase and refuse delivery if damaged.

1) If the wrong item is ordered or not liked then a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from any credit.

2) All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused and in the condition you received it in.

3) In the case of larger HBT Interior items a collection fee will be incurred.  However, should you not meet the above terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of our specialist courier collection and new packaging which will be deducted from any agreed refund by HBT Ltd.

4) A refund will only be given once the goods have been received in our warehouse.  Any goods received without prior authorization will not be credited.  Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus any delivery costs incurred in returning the item.

5) Refunds generally take upto 7 days however if your refund is late or missing please double check your bank account & credit card company as there can be processing time before the refund is posted.  Then if still not received contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it at our end to get it resolved asap.

6) We will not issue a refund if the goods have incurred any further damage due to incorrect packaging.

7) To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  There are also certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) and these are:-  1) Obvious signs of use 2) Any item that is not in it’s original packaging, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

8) Failed collections arranged will incur a recollection charge of £60.

9) We will send replacements wherever possible subject to stock availability and the nature of the product.  Replacements will only be shipped once we have received the damaged/faulty goods.

10) Sale Items
Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or item brought direct from our Showroom cannot be be refunded.

11) Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to [email protected]
Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Eligible returns accepted at the discretion of HBT Ltd are free within a 14 day period of signing for the item.  After that time, should a return or exchange be accepted by HBT Ltd at our discretion you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.  Shipping costs are non refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If returning a product back to HBT yourself then please use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage, with a courier service that will let us inspect the goods before accepting them into our warehouse.

Coffee Machines and Tea products are non returnable.

As a reputable, honest and respected company, HBT Renovations Ltd adhere with health and safety requirements.

For large items such as Beds or cabinets that require a two man delivery there will be a charge of £100.00 if a customer is unable to take delivery on the agreed pre-arranged delivery date.
There will also be a £100 charge if a customer is unable to take delivery due to access restrictions.

As a respected and honest company, HBT Renovations Ltd remain in line with health and safety requirements – and due to the prevailing culture of litigation we have to point out that we will NOT be held responsible for any damage to goods and/or property as a result of deliveries beyond the threshold of your property.
Once you or a person on your behalf has signed the delivery paperwork we shall, in NO event, will we be held responsible for any damage to either your property or goods delivered.
