Free Delivery:

All orders over £500 will have free UK mainland delivery automatically applied.

Delivery Timescale for items that are in stock in our Showroom:

Delivery time frame will be approximately 2 – 7 working days for items that are in stock.
Once the item is ready to be dispatched we will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery, as a signature is always required.
We will always try to deliver your items as quickly as we can and you may receive some items seperately.

Delivery timescales for stock direct from our Manufacturer will be 7-10 days.

Delivery Timescale for items that are note in stock:

Delivery time frame will be approximately 4 – 16 weeks for items that are not in stock.
Once the item is ready to be dispatched we will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery, as a signature is always required.
We will always try to deliver your items as quickly as we can and you may receive some items seperately.

You will be contacted via email with an update on your order within 72 working hours. We will continue with follow up emails on the progress of your order as we receive your items in stock.

We offer the following types of delivery:

  1. We offer our own delivery service within a 10 mile radius to our Showroom based in Wokingham, Berkshire.
  2. Some deliveries will be direct from the manufacturer.
  3. Dedicated Courier service.

Within the terms of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 all deliveries should be inspected at your earliest opportunity and any returns of unsuitable items to be reported to us within 5 days after the goods come into physical possession.

The Customer is asked to examine as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and notify HBT Renovations Ltd of any fault or damage within 5 days of receipt of goods, customer satisfaction is very important to us and we endeavour to resolve any issues brought to our attention by our customers.

If you wish to RETURN a product back to HBT Interiors, please take the following action to help us resolve the matter.

1) Notify HBT of any damage, faulty or missing items by sending an email to [email protected] within 5 days of receipt of goods, all information needs to be provided such as order number, product code & Description.  Claims that are reported after this period will not be accepted.

2) To process the claim please also provide a PO number which is located on the outer packaging or labelled on the back / underneath of the item.  (Credits will not be processed without this information)

3) If a defect or damage is easily repairable, we will take reasonable opportunity to repair the defected or damaged item.

4) If the wrong item is ordered then a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from any credit.

5) All returned items must be in their original packaging.

6) A refund will only be given once the goods have been received in our warehouse.  Any goods received without prior authorization will not be credited.

7) We will not issue a refund if the goods have incurred any further damage due to incorrect packaging.

8) Failed collections arranged will incur a recollection charge of £60.

9) We will send replacements wherever possible subject to stock availability and the nature of the product.  Replacements will only be shipped once we have received the damaged/faulty goods.

If returning a product back to HBT yourself then please use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage, with a courier service that will let us inspect the goods before accepting them into our warehouse.

Coffee Machines and Tea products are non returnable.

As a reputable, honest and respected company, HBT Renovations Ltd adhere with health and safety requirements.

For large items such as Beds or cabinets that require a two man delivery there will be a charge of £100.00 if a customer is unable to take delivery on the agreed pre-arranged delivery date.
There will also be a £100 charge if a customer is unable to take delivery due to access restrictions.

As a respected and honest company, HBT Renovations Ltd remain in line with health and safety requirements – and due to the prevailing culture of litigation we have to point out that we will NOT be held responsible for any damage to goods and/or property as a result of deliveries beyond the threshold of your property.
Once you or a person on your behalf has signed the delivery paperwork we shall, in NO event, will we be held responsible for any damage to either your property or goods delivered.
